Roboflow pricing in 2026 with plans, credits and real labeling costs
Roboflow pricing in October 2026 has three levels. A Free tier with 10 credits a month, a Core plan from 39 USD a month billed monthly with 20 credits, and a custom Enterprise plan. Almost everything you do (auto labeling, training, deployment, storage) is paid in credits, and larger Core credit packs run up to 1,399 USD a month. The numbers below come from roboflow.com/pricing and roboflow.com/credits, checked in October 2026.
If you only need labeling and review, compare these numbers with a flat priced Roboflow alternative for image labeling before you commit to a credit pack.
Roboflow plans and prices at a glance
| Plan | Price | Included credits | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free tier | 0 USD | 10 credits a month | Trying the platform, small personal or research projects |
| Core | From 39 USD a month billed monthly | 20 credits a month on the base pack | Small teams that label, train and deploy on Roboflow |
| Core with larger packs | 89 to 1,399 USD a month | 35 to 500 credits a month | Teams with steady training or inference volume |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Custom | Companies that need review workflow, labeling analytics, SSO or outsourced labeling |
Core includes unlimited admin team members and 20 projects. Credits that come with a plan reset each period. Prepaid credits on Core start at 4 USD each and on demand credits cost 6 USD each once the included credits run out.
Roboflow Core credit packs and the price per credit
The more credits you buy each month, the cheaper each one gets. Here is the full Core ladder from the pricing page.
| Monthly price | Credits per month | Price per credit |
|---|---|---|
| 39 USD | 20 | 3.90 USD |
| 89 USD | 35 | 3.56 USD |
| 139 USD | 50 | 3.48 USD |
| 229 USD | 80 | 3.27 USD |
| 349 USD | 120 | 3.17 USD |
| 589 USD | 200 | 3.10 USD |
| 999 USD | 350 | 2.94 USD |
| 1,399 USD | 500 | 2.86 USD |
Annual pricing for Core is not shown on the page at the time of writing. Many third party pricing sites still list the older Core price of 79 USD a month billed yearly or 99 USD monthly, plus 29 USD per extra seat. That model was replaced in autumn 2026, when Roboflow announced on September 18 that Core starts at 0 USD with 10 credits and that seat charges stop.
What one Roboflow credit buys
Your bill depends on how fast your work burns credits. These are the published rates that matter most to a vision team.
| Activity | One credit buys |
|---|---|
| Auto labeling | 1,000 AI labeled images |
| Interactive AI labeling (Label Assist) | 100 AI labeled images |
| Model training on GPU | 30 minutes |
| Image storage | 5,000 images stored, assessed monthly |
| Uploads | 10,000 images |
| Dataset versions | 20,000 images created |
| Dedicated deployment on GPU | 1 hour of compute |
| Dedicated deployment on CPU | 4 hours of compute |
| Self hosted inference | Free, no credits |
Serverless hosted inference moved to a per image rate that depends on the model in September 2026, with volume discounts from 250,000 images a month. Check the model pricing page for the exact rate of the model you plan to run.
How much does Roboflow cost for a labeling team
Take a team of six that adds 3,000 images a month, stores 60,000 images, labels with AI help and retrains twice a month for two hours each run.
| Item | Credits a month |
|---|---|
| Interactive AI labeling of 3,000 images | 30 |
| Storage of 60,000 images | 12 |
| Two training runs of 2 hours | 8 |
| Uploads and versions | about 1 |
| Total | about 51 |
That lands on the 139 USD pack (50 credits) plus a credit or two on demand, so roughly 140 to 150 USD a month. If you use bulk Auto Label instead of Label Assist, labeling drops to 3 credits and the total fits the 89 USD pack. Training on your own GPUs removes the training line entirely.
What the estimate leaves out is review. Review Mode, labeling analytics and labeling history are listed for Enterprise only, so a team that needs a second person to approve every image and track who labeled what will be quoted a custom price.
What you only get on Roboflow Enterprise
- Review Mode for approving or rejecting labeled images
- Labeling analytics and labeling history per labeler
- Optional outsourced labeling, starting at 0.10 USD per bounding box, 0.20 USD per polygon and 0.05 USD per classification or keypoint
- Enterprise workspace data is never used to improve the product
On the Free tier and Core, workspace data may be used to improve Roboflow's products unless you opt out, which you can do at no cost. Regulated teams usually want that settled in a contract, which is another reason they end up on Enterprise.
Outsourced labeling at those rates adds up fast. A dataset of 3,000 images with 8 boxes each is 24,000 boxes, which is 2,400 USD at 0.10 USD per box. For a comparison of managed options, see our page on data annotation services.
Is Roboflow worth the price for your team
Roboflow is good value when you use the whole platform. One account labels, trains, hosts and deploys, and self hosted inference is now free. A startup that wants a model running on an edge device next month with no ML infrastructure of its own gets a lot for 39 to 139 USD.
The value drops when you only use the labeling part. If you train in your own code, pay for your own GPUs and need a review trail, you are paying for platform pieces you skip while the review piece you need sits on Enterprise. That is the case where a labeling only tool with flat plans is cheaper and easier to budget. ImageLabeling, for example, includes full review with consensus on the Team plan at 149 USD a month with 3,500 AI pre-labeled images and 10 seats, and exports COCO, YOLO and Pascal VOC for your own training code.
Teams that collect training images from public product pages or listings often pair a labeling tool with a web scraping API that pulls images and metadata into a clean folder before upload.
Is Roboflow free?
Roboflow has a Free tier with 10 credits a month. It lets you label, train small models and run self hosted inference, which uses no credits. Paid work beyond 10 credits needs the Core plan from 39 USD a month or prepaid and on demand credits.
How much does Roboflow cost per month?
Core starts at 39 USD a month billed monthly with 20 credits and scales through credit packs up to 1,399 USD a month for 500 credits. Most small teams land between 89 and 229 USD a month. Enterprise is priced by quote.
Does Roboflow charge per user?
Not anymore. Since the September 2026 change, Core includes unlimited admin team members and seat charges stopped. Older pricing pages that mention 29 USD per user per month describe the previous model.
How many images can I auto label with one credit?
One credit covers 1,000 images with bulk Auto Label or 100 images with interactive AI labeling such as Label Assist, according to roboflow.com/credits. Training costs one credit per 30 minutes of GPU time.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Roboflow for labeling?
For labeling only, yes. Dedicated annotation tools with flat monthly plans include review and versions without credits. Compare features and prices side by side on our Roboflow alternative page.
